James has lived in Southern Illinois for over 30 years.

James was born on August 18, 1969 to the late Robert and Loretta (Wilcox) Williams in Rockford, Illinois.

James is survived by one brother, Trace (Sherrri) Williams, a niece, Taylor (Dallas) Lammers, nephew, Robert Williams, great nephew, Jameson Lammers, many cousins including, Susan Meintel and Lori Carlan.
