Ina Mae Harris

Ina Mae (Hall) Harris 88 of Harrisburg, formerly of Galatia passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023, at 2:40 am at the Eldorado Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Eldorado, Illinois. Ina was born to Raymond Hall and Ida (Williams) Hall-Summers on August 24,1935 in Saline County, Illinois. She married Charles Dallas Harris on March 27, 1953, at West End, Illinois, he preceded her in death on November 1, 2013, in Eldorado, IL. Ina was also proceeded in death by her Mother, Father and her Husband, Charles Harris, 5 brothers; Raymond "Ed" Hall, Lester Hall, Eugene "Gene" Hall, Stanley Hall, Floyd Hall, and sister; Fay (Hall) Akins-Duffee. Ina is survived by 2 sister-in- laws, Wanda Spicer and Leona Harris, several nieces and nephews including great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Galatia Baptist Church. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, September 19, 2023, from 5:00-8:00 pm, at Sloan Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 11:00 am with visitation from 10:00 am until funeral hour at Sloan Funeral Home. The Rev. Kevin Peyton will officiate with burial at Lebanon Cemetery in Galatia, Illinois. Sloan Funeral Home of Galatia is in charge of arrangements.
