Devin Chase Stanley

Devin Chase Stanley, 32 of Galatia, IL passed away Monday, December 11, 2023, in Thompsonville. Chase was born on February 6, 1991, in Carbondale, IL to Nikki Stanley.

Chase has lived in the area his whole life. He was baptized at the age 5 by Roger Marvel. Chase really enjoyed cooking. He loved hanging out in the garage talking and spending time with his friends. Chase loved his two children very much and was a wonderful father, son, brother and friend.

Chase is survived by his mother, Nikki Stanley; two children, Brylee Stanley, Sawyer Stanley; three siblings, Zane (Grace) Stanley, Bailey (Bryan) Davenport, Teegan Stanley; grandparents, Jerry (Robbie) Stanley; Uncle Brent Stanley; nephew, Jax Stanley; cousin, Bronson Stanley; loving co-parent Rachele Hawkins and friends, Ryan Moore, Grant Davenport, JR Davenport, Jacob Higgins, Ryan Burlison and so many more.

Chase was preceded in death by great grandparents, J.D. (Virginia) Stanley.

Memorial graveside services will be held Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Brushy Cemetery in Harco at 2:00pm. A celebration of life will be from 12:00pm-memorial service hour inside the church.
